DESCRIPTION:Friday\, September 9th at 7:00 PM – VERANDA BISTRO – Veranda is a restaurant located at 32045 Detroit Road in Avon where food and drink will be available for purchase. Open to all interested parties. \nSaturday\, September 10th at 7:00 PM – CLIFTON CLUB – Clifton Club is a private club located at 17884 Lake Road in Lakewood. Complimentary appetizers and a cash bar will be offered. Parking in the Clifton Club lot is limited. Plentiful neighborhood is parking is suggested. We will have access to the indoor club facilities and the outdoor grounds\, as well. Casual attire is suggested. Cost: $50.00 per person or the special Class of 1972 couple’s rate of $100.00 (use the discount code “Yachtsman Card” at the time of submission.) FIFTY FOR FIFTY! Please send your check to Robin Hawkins made out to: “BHS – Class of 1972” to 29357 Lake Road\, BV 44140. Your payment will be your reservation for Saturday’s event at the Clifton Club. Please include the name(s) of the people attending and your contact info (Cell # & email address) in case we have any last minute updates or your check doesn’t clear. There was talk of using Venmo but no one on the reunion committee has a Venmo account. No judging\, please! \nRSVP by August 15\, 2022 \nIf either of our two successful classmates are inclined to donate additional funds to offset the cost of the Reunion\, those funds will be graciously accepted and used wisely. This will be an amazing\, once in a lifetime event. DESCRIPTION:Cocktail Reception – Veranda Bistro & Bar\nSaturday\, July 16th – 4 PM to 11 PM \nJoin us on Saturday night for an evening with old friends and at Veranda Bistro and Bar in Avon. We will start the evening with a cocktail hour from 4pm – 6pm on Veranda’s gorgeous downstairs patio. Live music (90s and Y2K jams) will be provided by Chris Hatton featuring our very own Bettyjeane Quimby (Wischmeier)! From there the party will continue upstairs in our private room and patio with bar service and a selection of heavy hors d’oeuvres. FYI: This is an adult only event. Tickets are limited to 150 people. Each alum is welcome to bring a guest. Please email us for any special requests.  Note: We’ve secured a generous tab for an open bar\, and in the unlikely instance we meet the cap\, alumni are encouraged to open up a tab. Cost: $65.00 per person Please RSVP by Friday\, June 17th **The last day to cancel for full refund is June 24th** \nFamily Picnic – Huntington Beach\nSunday\, July 17th – 11AM – 2PM \nJoin us the following day for a casual\, family day at Bay Village’s own Huntington Park. This is not a formal event\, but we wanted a chance to gather with our kids\, spouses\, pets\, significant others etc. – as TI would say – “BRING ‘EM OUT” Please feel free to arrive at any time to enjoy the beach and stop by the grassy knoll to say hello. This event is free to attend – so please bring your own food and beverage items to enjoy. You can also purchase food and beverage at The Noshery\, Huntington’s new concession building. This isn’t your old concession stand – The Noshery features made-to-order fare such as the braided soft pretzel\, seasonal salads\, Honey Hut ice cream and sandwiches like the crispy walleye sandwich.
